Recently my daughter and son-in-law made these fun cupcakes for their daughters birthday. It was not their original idea so I don't know who to give credit to, but they were just so darn cute that I had to share. The minions are Twinkies cut in half and placed on top of cupcakes. Black gel icing was used to make the faces and hair. The candy eyes can be purchased in most cake decorating departments. We bought our candy eyes at Walmart.
Those are so cute it makes me "almost" want to bake some cupcakes. Really cute idea I will forward email to my grown kids so they can do this for the little guys. They will love it!
