Cafe Rio Creamy Tomatillo Dressing

Creamy Tomatillo Dressing

1 packet Ranch mix

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup milk

2  tomatillos (remove husk and cut in 1/2)

1 bunch of fresh cilantro (cut off most of 

stems)

1 tsp of fresh minced garlic

juice of 1 lime

1 jalapeno--remove most seeds

All you have to do is put all of the ingredients 

in a blender (my Ninja worked just fine...) and 

blend! Refrigerate--will get spicier with time!

This recipe goes with Cafe Rio Sweet Pork 

but 

it also tastes great on top of our Lime Chicken
