PEPPERMINT OREO ICE CREAM Pat Tewksbury Kitchen

MAKING THE ICE CREAM:

1 package Oreo's

1 qt. vanilla ice cream

1 package peppermint candies

Crush the Oreo's in a plastic bag and press in the bottom of a 9x13 greased pan. Reserve some to sprinkle on the top.

Crush peppermint candies.

Soften ice cream and stir in peppermint candies. Pour on top of Oreo crust and top with the remaining crushed Oreo's. Freeze and enjoy!
