Alex's Creations
Making The Sauce:
1/3 c. Franks Hot Sauce  (Do not substitute)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Heat up hot sauce, brown sugar, water, vinegar and cayenne pepper in a sauce pan until all the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temp before adding to chicken tenders OR prepare ahead of time and refrigerate.

Making The Sticky Fingers:

Oil
2 lbs. Chicken Tenders  (uncooked)

One package Shake n' Bake chicken coating (or seasoned bread crumbs)
eggs (whisk with a fork)

Place Shake n' bake in a shallow bowl.  One at a time dip chicken tenders in the egg mixture.  Roll chicken tenders in the Shake n' bake until coated. In a frying pan, (or electric skillet) heat oil and cook chicken tenders until cooked and crispy. Dip each piece of chicken in the sauce so it is completely covered and move to serving plate, pour any remaining sauce over the chicken.

Serve with ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing or add the sauce mixture to ranch dressing for a dipping sauce.  It's amazing!

You can also  bake the chicken tenders instead of frying them.
