What You Will Need:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Finely crush graham crackers in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.  Mix sugar into the crushed graham cracker crumbs.  Add the egg yolk and vanilla. Stir in the melted butter.  Spray the bottom of a 9" springform pan with cooking spray.  Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 minutes.  Remove and let cool.

Two 8 ounce packages of softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. softened butter
2  tsp. vanilla

Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, corn starch and sugar together and mix until sugar is dissolved and mixture is creamy.  Add butter, vanilla and blend until smooth.  Don't over mix.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to35 minutes.  Cool.

Topping:

1 cup whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
4 ounces softened cream cheese
4 ounces white chocolate, chocolate chips or almond bark, melted

In a cold mixing bowl beat the cream until stiff peaks form.  Gradually add the powdered sugar. Put in fridge.  In the meantime beat the cream cheese until fluffy.  Add the white chocolate and mix until smooth.  Mix in the whipped cream.
