Christopher's Kitchen

This recipe is a great summer refresher.  It is light, easy and a yummy dessert!

Ingredients:

2 mangoes, cut into pieces 
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
cardamon (optional)

Place all of the ingredients except the cardamon in a blender and blend on "smoothie" option. The consistency should be like a custard.  Pour into small serving dishes, sprinkle cardamon on top and garnish with strawberries and raspberries.
