Corn Bread Recipe
From Emily's Kitchen
Cream together:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup raw sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
Stir in 1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
In a separate bowl stir together:
1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Add dry ingredients to wet.
Pour into a 2 qt. pan greased with olive oil and corn meal.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
