BERRY PIE
HOW TO MAKE THE PIE:
3 pints berries (blue, black, raspberries, any combination)
Place 2 pints of berries into a pre-baked pie crust.
Crush 1 pint of the berries and add 1 cup sugar. Heat over the stove. Add 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Boil until thickened. Pour this mixture over the other 2 pints of whole berries that are in the pie crust.
Refrigerate the pie until the berries are set.
