CHICKEN FRITO CASSEROLE Kris Hatch Kitchen
MAKING THE CASSEROLE:
2 cups crushed Fritos
3 cups cooked chicken
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
10 ounce can Red Enchilada Sauce
1 cup grated cheese
Combine 1 cup chips with everything. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Stir and top with remaining chips and cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
